TruBlue is led by a management team with decades of proven experience helping franchisees succeed
Gary D. Green – Chairman, Director:
Gary has been a member of the Board of Directors of TruBlue since its organization in May 2011, and served as our Chief Executive Officer from May 2011 through December 31, 2015. Gary continues to serve as Chairman of our Board of Directors since January 1, 2016. He is also Chairman of and has been a member of the Board of Directors of TruBlue’s affiliates, Growth Coach, Fresh Coat,and Caring Transitions, since December 2002, December 2005, and June 2006, respectively, and previously served as Chief Executive Officer for these companies. Mr. Green was Chief Executive Officer of H.H. Franchising Systems, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio from May 1997 through December 31, 2015 and has been a member ofthe Board of Directors of Home Helpers Holding Company since February 2016.
Greg Platz – President, Director:
Greg has been President and a member of the Board of Director for TruBlue since February 29, 2016 and previously served as our Chief Operating Officer from January 1 through February 29, 2016. Greg was employed with our affiliate Fresh Coat from September 2008 through December 31, 2015, serving as operations manager, Director of Operations, and then as Vice President of Operations.
David Sparks – Vice President of Franchise Development:
David has been Vice President of Franchise Development of TruBlue and its affiliates Pet Wants and the Growth Coach since January 4, 2017. He was Vice President of Franchise Development for Nurse Next Door in Denver, Colorado from 2011 through December 2016.
Joe Grimes – Chief Financial Officer:
Joe has been Chief Financial Officer for us and our affiliates Growth Coach, Fresh Coat, Caring Transitions, and Pet Wants since March 2017 and was Director of Accounting for us and our affiliates from November 2015 through February 2017. From April 2014 through November 2015, he was Controller for Jack Guttman Inc., dba Bakery Crafts, in West Chester, Ohio. From January 2010 through December 2013, Joe was the Global Product Supply Forecast manager for the Iams Corporation, a division of the Procter & Gamble Company, in Mason, Ohio.
Barry Nelson – Executive Vice President:
Barry has been our Executive Vice President since January 2015 and previously served in that role from May 2011 through June 2012. He previously served as our President from June 2012 through December 2014. Barry has also been the Executive Vice President of our Growth Coach, Fresh Coat,and Caring Transitions affiliates since November 2009and of our Pet Wants affiliate since August 2015.He has been Executive Vice President of H.H. Franchising Systems, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio since November 2009. From January 2002 through June 2010, he was General Counsel of The HomeTeam Inspection Service, Inc., the franchisor of HOMETEAM® home inspection franchises, and H.D. Franchising Systems, LLC, the franchisor of HOUSE DOCTORS® handyman franchises, both of which are located in Milford, Ohio.
