27-Year-Old Ohio Native Opens a TruBlue Franchise to Help Others

Ever since he was a kid, Quinn Malone has had a passion to help others and increase their quality of life. When the pandemic hit in 2020, his family started flipping houses and building accommodations in his grandfather’s home so that he could age in place effectively. After that experience, he realized that he could use these skills to assist others in his community.

When he was introduced to TruBlue, Malone found that he could fulfill his personal mission by being a business owner with the brand. This led him to combine his personal and professional skills and invest in TruBlue. An Ohio native, he launched a franchise near his hometown in March and is already employing three people in the process, not to mention touching countless lives.
