Due to the uncertainty of the business environment in 2020 as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, TruBlue heightened its already strong level of support provided to franchise owners. Moreover, TruBlue leveraged the senior community’s growing desire to remain in their homes and age-in-place by partnering with both Right at Home Senior Care and Age Safe America. Both of these partnerships highlight TruBlue's renewed focus on the senior care industry. TruBlue franchise owners were supported in directing their efforts toward serving the senior community with total house care packages, risk assessments, and functional improvements. TruBlue owners were able to leverage national trends and the TruBlue brand initiatives to surpass their previous achievements, nearly doubling system-wide revenue in 2020 over 2019 results.
