TruBlue Total House Care, the national franchise focused on full-service home maintenance, is pleased to announce that Susan and Jeff Vandegenachte, the owners of TruBlue of Southern Wisconsin, have been recognized with the company’s President’s Award. The award was presented at the company’s national conference on February 4, 2020.
“Jeff and Susan truly embrace the culture of TruBlue by focusing on helping people. Whether it is their clients, employees or other franchisees, TruBlue is more than just a business to the Vandegenachtes and it shows. Their energy, passion and enthusiasm to help others is one of their keys to success and I’m proud to have been able to present them with the President’s Award this year,” TruBlue President Sean Fitzgerald said.
“This award was truly a surprise. Without our customers and employees, the support from our community and our friends and family, this award would not have been possible. Our employees were so excited and happy when we brought back the award – it’s great to have such a wonderful team,” Susan said. “TruBlue really takes handyman and cleaning to the next level. Our employees share our ethics and values and we truly care about others, which really makes a difference when it comes to providing high-quality customer service.”
Jeff and Susan launched TruBlue of Southern Wisconsin in the fall of 2018 and they earned the TruBlue Rising Star Award last year. Their franchise serves Big Bend, Mukwonago, Dousman, Eagle, North Prairie, Genesee Depot, Wales, Waukesha, East Troy, Elkhorn, Williams Bay, Fontana, Lake Geneva, Muskego, Wind Lake and the surrounding communities.
In addition to the services Jeff and Susan have been providing since their launch, they are in the process of becoming certified with Age Safe America as Senior Home Safety Specialists, which means they are able to make safety assessments and provide the needs for seniors to stay in their homes longer.
“As a brand Ambassador, Jeff and I truly believe in TruBlue and what it stands for. When meeting many new owners at conference, I notice that we all have those same values and ethics of wanting to take care of families and seniors, making sure they have time with their family and being safe in their homes. One of your biggest investments is your home and taking proper care of it will help in retaining its value,” Susan said.
“We love our community and the surrounding communities. It is a great feeling when working with other businesses in the area. Even though we are a franchise, we operate as a local business owner, participating in community events and working with local organizations, along with volunteer work,” Susan added.
